Defective & Unreliable - Don’t Waste Your Money
I had high hopes for these cameras when a colleague suggested them to me for a holiday to Singapore, Java and Bali. Despite being considerably more expensive these days than the pre-digital camera / iPhone era, it felt worth the price to add that little bit of nostalgia to my trip and prompt me to actually print some photos rather than just having an endless collection on my phone. On the trip, everything seemed to be ok. The flash took me a while to get the hang of (it’s been a while since I took photos this way) and it is sometimes hard to not put your fingers over the viewer or flash. These are obviously quite bulky compared to a phone so that was another thing to consider when taking out and about, but it still felt worth the additional hassle. Also selfies (if you’re into that sort of thing) are a bit tricky but that’s all part of the fun isn’t it? I even captured the moment just before I proposed to my now fiancée on the camera, which made it all feel a bit more special.Fast forward to the end of the holiday and these are not the easiest things to get developed. Not many places develop camera films these days and most of the online places that do require a bit of back and forth with packaging and posting the films. I ended up taking them to a chain of photography shops with a physical store and paid £15 each to get them developed, which is about the going rate.To say I was disappointed when the photos eventually came back (2 weeks later) is an understatement. One of the cameras was obviously faulty and had recorded just 14 of the 27 photos on the film. The remaining 13 sections of the film were completely blank, despite clicking and winding as normal whilst I was on holiday. 11 photos I did get from that camera were terrible, whilst three turned out as expected, albeit a bit lower quality than I remember even in 6x4 prints. The majority were either under or over exposed so you could hardly make out what you were looking at, even in daytime shots.Unfortunately the moment I proposed was one of the moments the camera decided not to imprint anything on the film, so this and a number of other happy memories have been lost. It’s a shame that a supposedly reputable company who specialise in cameras can’t guarantee that their cameras actually work.Customer support is also non-existent for these cameras on the Kodak website FYI.

As you remember
Cameras arrived and worked well. I still have to get the pictures developed but I am sure they will turn out exactly how I remember photos taken on disposable cameras did.

Waste of money
The photos didn't come out very well, this was for a wedding and the photos were taken at night, the flash didn't seem to do anything for the photos
