First bake in over 3 years
I haven't baked in a over 3 years and decided to make lemon, blueberry and almond mini cakes from Ottolenghi's Sweet book. (Practicing for the holiday season ahead). I buttered and floured the cake time before putting the cake batter in. After baking the mixture, the cakes just slid out. It was easy to wash the tin as well.I would recommend the cake tin, seeing as I'm an infrequent baker and didn't have any trouble baking cakes.Also the cakes tasted good. Didn't last a day :)
