I’ve been using this product now for more than half a year, and I am quite satisfied with its performance. I enjoy its “carbonation effect” as well as its contribution to maintaining my physical performance during long sustained rides. I discovered this product during a recently concluded bicycle tour loop of the United States, and it has become my favorite electrolyte replacement solution. I previously used Skratch (which is also a wonderful product) but as the Nuun tablets contain no sugar they don’t contribute to mold growth in my water bottles; which is a big plus! 😃

I really like the Fruit Punch flavor with the added benefit of NO Caffeine. I bought and liked the Cherry Limeade flavor but discovered later it had caffeine. It is there on the label but I didn't realize the difference it would make for me for hydration because while caffeine does not keep me awake it does make me thirsty, and it is a diuretic. So I looked for Nuun tabs without caffeine and this flavor is ok. It is not as fruity or tasty as Cherry Lineade but it doesn't have caffeine. I wish all of the flavors came in "with caffeine" or "no caffeine" so that I could buy the flavors I like without caffeine. Fruit Punch is tastes pretty good and is better tasting than Pedialyte Adult Powder Fruit Punch flavor and does not have the sugar Pedialyte does. Being hydrated is important. I live in Arizona and had no idea that I've probably been dehydrated for a very long time. I feel better and these tabs are so portable.

The perfect condensed electrolytes. I like the case that carries them all, and we leave them in the truck at the ranch. Sometimes it takes a while to desolve in cold water, but that is any electrolyte powder too.

Sugar free, taste good and does help curb my sweet tooth. Lmt is saltier and I probably favor it but maybe too salty for health benefits!

I bought the fruit punch flavor because I love all things punch-flavored. This, however, was so disappointing. I dropped one tablet in my water and waited and when it was done fizzing I stirred it well. Besides my water turning light pink, it did nothing much to the taste of my water. There is a very slight taste, but it isn't fruit punch, it's more like tasting the ingredient used to make it fizz. Overall, there isn't a flavoring taste and when you drink it, it tastes like you're drinking fizzy plain water that's pink. I do like that this product has less sugar and calories than other hydration products I've found, but for the high cost, I'm not buying these again and won't try another flavor for fear it'll be the same thing, zero flavor. The worst part is I didn't realize this product was not able to be returned. So for over $20 I'm stuck with four tubes of a product that doesn't taste like anything.

I've used the nuun stuff before and liked it but had gotten away from it because it dissolves so slowly. I've been using a combination of Liquid IV and Trioral to get enough electrolytes for POTS support. LIV is full of extra vitamins and I drink so much a day I dont need or want that. And both LIV and Trioral have enough sugar, so I was looking for something lower sugar and no extra vitamins. NUUN! I dont love that it's colored, even though it's done with beet juice, but finding low sugar, no vitamins, high enough sodium/potassium/magnesium, no color is like finding a unicorn. I mix up 2L at a time. One packet plain Trioral, one LIV, one NUUN. With the powders I could stir and go. NUUN requires to wait a few minutes. It's less than five minutes (I sat down, no use passing out lol, and set a five-minute timer. When I came back it was dissolved.) Stay salty!

Hay minerales que perdemos al practicar ejercicio, cuando esas sesiones son largas realmente llegamos a perder mucho en nuestro sudor, una forma buena de compensar eso para mi es ingerir electrolitos, este producto esta enfocado a eso, tiene un numero insignificante de calorias.

Producto abierto y por lo tanto se humedecieron todas las tabletas. Pésimo......
