Works perfectly with my IH170MS motherboard (ideacentre 710-25ISH)
Worked fine with my IH170MS motherboard. I followed the advice of another review and didnt plug in the 4 pin, and only plugged in the 20 pin part of the connector. This worked perfectly with no issues.

Works for the 10 pin Lenovo mobos
I have a newer i7 Lenovo slim pc and wanted to put it in a new case to add a video card. To my surprise everything on the board is proprietary. This cable quickly adapted a standard power supply to their 10 pin connector. The build quality is great and it looks good too. No issues with anything working other than the mobo controls the PSU, which means when you power off the pc the PSU stays active. You have to flip the switch on the back of the power supply to completely turn it off. Small price to pay to have a real case and video card.

Worked Fine, No Problems
I purchased this to adapt the 24-pin connector provided with a EVGA 750 G5 Gold-Series modular power supply to the 10-pin connector on the motherboard of my Lenovo Ideacentre 710-25ISH. Some reviews mentioned that using this adapter had fried their motherboard so I was a little hesitant at first, but have had zero issues through several power cycles. The plastic plugs are good quality and the black wire loom matches pretty well with the EVGA cable. It does extend the length a fair bit, so some cable management is required, but other than that I've had no problems. I keep my PC on my desk and connected to a power strip on the floor which I turn off when my desktop is off, so I have no issues with the power to the board remaining active either. This is a great solution that really helped me breath some new life into my six year old Best Buy computer.

Lenovo Users should read this
This cable works for its intended purpose. Although, If you are using a 24 pin connector be warned that its a 50/50 chance your motherboard will fry. If your PSU is an 20 pin connector that has the four extra pins optional. ONLY USE THE 20 pin! If you have only a 24 pin and no option to make it a 20. You are risking it. I have not had any issues with the 20 pins. 24 pins on lenovo motherboards have that risk of instant death. Just a warning.

It works with Lenovo ideacentre 710-25ISH and a 500 watt power supply unit
My Lenovo motherboard's irregular 10 pin power connector would not accept the new 500 watt power supply I had purchased to upgrade the computer (Power Supply 500W 80 Plus Bronze Certified PSU; ARESGAME, AGV500 for reference) as the supply, and I think most if not all other power supplies, are designed to fit a 20-24 pin connection (the apparent standard). The computer is a Lenovo ideacentre 710 from around 2016. I followed the advice of the reviews on here and only plugged in 20 pins of the power supply to the adapter cable, and so far, everything has been fine. The cable has delivered as promised. As the seller states, just be certain that you are dealing with a Lenovo 10 pin connection as that is the only situation this is designed to handle.
