Instructions were not good at all
I am convinced that the instructions were written by someone who does not commonly use the English language. It took considerable trial and error to make these work. To do attach a single connector, it took two attempts, the first of which was working but failed within minutes. There is definitely a learning curve on these, and the second attempt continues to function after two weeks of use. That being said, MUCH better instructions would have been a huge help, perhaps along with a solid and detailed YouTube video showing an installation along with any commonly made errors.Just for clarity, this was my first ever attempt at repairing a fiber optic cable, and have had no training. I do, however, have extensive electronics technician and technical experience, and a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology, so I am confident in my abilities in general, but am new to fiber optics.
