This is not the usual cinnamon which is Cassia- I love cinnamon A LOT so for health reasons I needed to switch from the cassia to the Ceylon. Ceylon has health benefits that are better for me. This can usually be expensive but this is a great price for the size. The smell of ceylon is different and it seems like it's legit.

Itis OK. It does not have a strong cinnamon taste to me. I use cinnamon every day in my coffee.

This cayenne pepper is the best for a natural way to keep unwanted critters away. sprinkle around the house and it definitely controls unwanted critters such as mice, rats, snakes and other critters that depend on scent. Love it.
