Good Ice Pack for Back
I bought this for my back that can hurts after exercise if I don't ice it. It is easy to drape the pack over your shoulders and back. I am not real happy with the straps as I have a large chest and arm - they are kinda short for that - so I just drape it over my shoulders and sit back on it in my chair. The cold lasts for about 20 minutes, which is the time we are supposed to use ice packs for. Refreezes fairly quickly.

It was great but too small
It worked great but it was to tight on me. It’s worth it for regular size people

Excellent ice pack
I've used this for my neck and my back. It works perfectly and is comfortable to use.

A great idea, just needs a little more planning.
I liked that it got nice and cold, was easy to fold up to put into the freezer in it's own protective bag. I also liked the way it wrapped around my neck, and covered almost the complete front and back of my shoulders. What I didn't like was that the back section, after putting on the straps went down to just barley between my shoulder blade, totally not covering about half of my back, there was also no way that I was going to be able to cross the straps in front like it's shown.Th model they used must have had a really short torso, mine did not reach that far, by a lot. I am 6.0' tall, 250lbs. I am not one of those really huge guys, but I'm a solid XL in Carhartt t-shirts if that helps any.I was lucky because it actually covered my shoulders, neck, and shoulder blades. I have to wear the straps backpack style though.Even with the drawback of being quite a bit shorter than I had expected, I am still very happy with it, it holds the cold very well, and you don't have to stay in just one position, which is really nice. And being able to ice my shoulders while being able to do other things was a game changer for me. I would recommend it to a friend, but I would be sure to tell them that it's kinda short in the back.

Helpful
Great ice pack with handles to keep it on. Because of the stitching it’s a little hard to lay it perfect flat to my skin, I was laying down with this for a while and it was hard to position and be very comfortable.

Nice
Nice ice pack. Straps are a little short but the length of the back of it is what I needed

Warms up to fast
It is great at first, but within 5-7 minutes, I find that it is not that cold any longer. It does not stay frozen for long. I was hoping it would stay cold for at at the most 20 minutes.

Not for lower back/sciatic pain or women with large breasts
This is a nice cooling pad for upper back pain however it does not reach as far down the spine as I had hoped. I am 5'3 and the bottom of the pad when strapped on tight, only reaches midway across my butt and a tad bit more if I am sitting. On me it reaches and covers approximately L1 & L2 however my pain is more sciatic so it is lower. Also the straps are not terribly long so when attached cross-body they are extremely uncomfortable and cut into the sides of my breasts. When they are attached backpack style the pad is too loose and moves around.Return accepted with no problems.

Started leaking all over after 4th use
The ice pack started leaking all over after the 4th use. It is 2 days past the Amazon return window. Also, there isn’t a way to connect directly to the seller. Buyer beware.
