I love that these are multi magnesium capsules. The different magnesium’s have different benefits for the body and these have many forms. Been using them for about 2 months and I am definitely sleeping better.

They are good, I only wish they came in a pill form, I have a lot of trouble swallowing capsules, but I will continue to take these. I have no leg cramps when I take magnesium and that's a very good thing. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I always use magnesium as it’s the most nutritionally deficient mineral in the diet. However I just did t get the benefits of mag in this supplement. Still got leg cramps, decreased regular bum’s… sleep no better. Going back to Bio Optimizers.D. Adams
