I think so as I have been using them for some time in enclosed fixtures without any problems.

The title says Dimmable. The box says dimmable. Why does the description say 'non-dimmable'. Which is it?

I have these bulbs but haven't tried them on a dimmer, but as you said the shipping box says dimmable and I don't know why they wouldn't be since they are LED bulbs which are generally dimmable. So I would bet they are!
