I am one of those women that get cold flashes instead of hot flashes. I was skeptical at first, thinking this "won't do anything" but it actually prevents the cold flashes from coming on. I would assume if it works for me it should probably work for women with hot flashes too. Highly recommended!

Overpriced. Made my menstrual cramps worse and I noticed irregular bleeding too. I do NOT recommend this product and regret the purchase.
