I have used this product for years. The demands of a teaching career interfered with the amount of sleep I was able to get. Frequently while working at night, I would notice I was getting a scratchy throat. I would take one or two and go to bed immediately. I would wake up the next day without a cold. Otherwise, my body would start with a cold and travel to my chest. I would much rather pop a few capsules than suffer with a cold for two weeks. I only use this when I notice any symptoms or I am needing to build up my immunity when around sick people. It is so nice to not get sick when another family member is sick. This had the same positive effect with my wife raising four children. This works best if you catch the symptoms early but will help shorten the length of sickness. Other than the liquid product called “Immunity Shots”, I recommend this product the most due to its non-bitter taste.

I love this product to use if I'm around others who are sick I start taking 1capsule in morning and one at night & I can usually prevent myself getting sick. If I feel myself starting to get a sore throat or any cold symptoms starting I immediately start on the same regimen until it passes. Most of the time it helps prevent me from getting really sick but I also bump up my daily vit c intake also by a couple thousand mg. I think it works very well along with other immune boosters.
