Ok so I bought the hair feb 1 2020 , initially when I bought the hair it came in nice packaging and it appeared to be very soft. After the install I notice hair gets dry and brittle and kind of matted underneath the neck area in the back. I did color it using 20 volume and it was ok , I want to see if can get lighter because the description says the hair can be bleached but we shall see. I don’t like the fact I have to brush hair so much in order to not look nappy. I’m starting to think this hair is mixed with synthetic and also the hair is thinner towards bottom so your hair looks fuller on top which is very weird. I don’t really like this hair and it’s only been installed like 10 days. Kind of disappointed thought I was getting 10a 100% virgin hair but it’s more like 6a to me 😔

I’m a licensed cosmetologist... the hair is soft... not the lengths are not sized correctly... the 16” looks like 12 inches the 12” looks like 10 short... and 10” looks like 8 inches... too many short strands... glad I wasn’t looking for a longer hairstyle... because the hair is not true to length...

So far I am pleased with this hair. Its soft and doesn't shed much. Also I am in Jamaica where it's very humid. I wore it down n sweated like a pig but it did not mat up.It does not bleach well though. I added 1 inch highlights with 30 volume developer and it hardly changed. Also the bleached areas became really dry, but some deep conditioner should fix it.I have never bought any expensive hair, I usually use UNICE, but this to me is better. It's also thick enough for me, I am more into a natural look.Will buy more in a longer length. I got 10, 12 n 14. Which is a little too short for high ponytail so imma get 14, 16 n 18.Not a bad buy overall.Ps. The highlights appear brighter on camera they are about 3 shades darker.

I got this hair yesterday and even before it was taken apart from the hair tie it comes tie to, there was shedding. I have washed it with good products and even deep condition it. I know I can’t expect premium quality for the price but what has me concerned is the fact that even at a medium temperature certain pieces of the hair have literally burn off as if they were made out of plastic. The hair not being top notch quality is again, very understandable because of the price however no where does it say that hair is a blend of human hair a plastic. This is extremely disappointing and the smell of burning plastic as I straighten the hair is extremely unpleasant. I had already created a wig with it when I realized it was plastic so I couldn’t return it at that point. Please beware.

Im pretty bummed about my purchase. I have purchased with this company before and the hair was ok, however this time was horrible. The hair seems to be blended. I flat ironed it on 350 degrees after I finished construction of my wig and it looks like synthetic hair. I purchased a closure as well and it was thin, had extremely short pieces and was just as bad hair quality. What a waste of $105.
