This is a must have for weight loss,, I started sweating instantly,,,,the best sauna suit you will ever have.It looks and feels like a beautiful tracksuit with minimal noise,,, silky smooth inside fabric,,,if you want a loose fit buy 2 sizes up or one size up for a perfect but comfortable fit.
