I am 5'6 and about 155 the L/XL fit like a dream!A friend of mine ordered this body tight several months ago and I wanted it desperately but it was sold out in my size at the time. I have only worn it once so far but it fits great! The stirrups don't dig in at all! My only complaint is that when you only wear this with the top half down, the straps don't really stay. It isn't a huge deal because when performances roll around I will be wearing it with the straps. Super happy with my purchase!

I keep on buying these because my twins need them for color guard. I keep on buying them because they are not a great quality. They have the same length of life as a child wearing regular nylons. They do always ship quickly though.

Was very happy with the product although it was a little lighter than my skin I made do. Would be great in darker colors as I am a woman of colour.

These are comfortable. I not only use the for dance but they can be worn under some types of clothing.

Love these tights. They arrived on time which was super helpful as I needed them for a performance. I know dance tights fit smaller than expected so at 5'7" and 145 lbs I ordered the L/XL and they fit comfortably.

Do not purchase from this supplier. The color of the tights I order for my daughter was off by 3-4 shades. It looked like the color she needed, when I received it it was far from the color I actually needed. I had to pay to return the item.

These were great for performances. They fit well, gave decent support, and didn't run or tear at all. I probably could have gone with the smaller sizer for extra support, but I went with the larger size so they wouldn't run.
