These are the most comfortable inserts ever. The silicone material makes pumping much easier.

The media could not be loaded. EP mom with 21mm flanges needing 18mm so this was the perfect solution! No need for nipple balm anymore because this is the perfect comfortable fit.

These work great in both my spectra and elvie pumps and much more cost efficient than purchasing separate (proper fitting) flanges for each pump. Highly recommend. Wish I had known about these with my first child.

The description states it fits pump NCVI 24mm flanges and it’s doesn’t fit properly. The inserts are loose and will cause it to move while pumping which is uncomfortable and painful.

Silicone inserts are so much softer on the nips. They are super comfortable and less pulling. They made me able to use 24mm flanges so they didn’t just go to waste!

It was hard to find 18mm inserts for my Spectra flanges. These work great and have held up well to regular use and washing.

This product does not fit the Ameda 24mm flange properly as it states in the product images. It is too loose and slides back and forth during pumping, which I found to be painful because it would pinch the skin of my areolas. The silicone material seems like it would be comfortable if it fit correctly. Also, because the material is not see-through, it’s hard to tell if your nipple is place correctly inside the flange before or during pumping.
