Great take on pirate ship battles.
Fun, quick little game. From my understanding this doesn't have much to do with the original merchants and murauders game but instead takes a closer look into the 1v1 ship battles. You can win a few ways and that's by destroying the ship itself, destroying all the crew, or knocking their sails down . The instructions need some rework but my girlfriend and I were able to figure them out. If you're looking for more 2 player games (outside of 7 Wonders: Duel) then you should definitely give this one a shot. Game only lasts roughly 45 minutes and is perfect for a quick 2 player game.

This is misleading. I initially thought it was an expansion of the Merchants and Marauders game, but it is not. This game is not worthy having the name Merchants and Marauders.
