Do not make the same mistake I did, this company will not help with support. I just purchased this and out of the box its terrible. A practical leaflet for a user manual, parts sent that aren't even on the manual. Youtube isn't much help and try and email them? No, their support email box is full, reach out to them on twitter? They said they'd get back and have ignored me since. Do not waste your time.

I love this printer. It is easy to set up out of the box and works great. Almost like it's running on Klipper because it's fast. I didn't buy this from amazon because the local store (Micro Center) has them on sale for $349.00 that's a good deal.

this printer is by far one of the best you can get!! there are also upgrades right at btt for it (same company really) a new one is the H2O extruder which is the H2 water cooled version now the H2 Smart which has a built in smart filament sensor, there is also now a tool quick changer as well, Hermit Crab, you can even max it's temp to 500c if you change your heat brake out for the Titanium bio ones, dial it in and you will have no better machine then this oneCon; Price (but it's worth it) using an HDMI cable! these fail also the extra extruders with the hermit are not wired for the HDMI cable, if you have the know how to rewire this, I would suggest having the things needed to do so just for that day

The media could not be loaded.  This is probably the best printer of its size out…This printer is IMO for more advanced users with a knowledge of setup. I recommend joining the facebook group for this printer, its much faster than the website due to the overwhelming demand for this machine.
