The author has created a detailed and fascinating world. With each book, we find out more details of the various races that inhabit Etera. I found this book to be the best so far as we discover so much more about the past while still moving forward in the present. I found it totally mesmerizing how the People came to be through careful thought of the Mothoc leaders and healers and the bravery of the Mothoc females of the past. I'm looking forward to the next book to see what the characters you just love to hate, (Hakini and Adak'Tor) do and how Oh'dar handles being a part of two worlds; the Waschini and the People.

I chose a five star rating because this is book six. Six! I am still reading this every single day. On my breaks and lunch at work, when I'm pooping, even when I have a spare chance at the dinner table to read a quick paragraph. I am sold. Definitely a book containing conent for adults only; I have never read, nor liked books with some content in this series however, I find that I am reading into this way more than I usually do. Its disturbing in a good way how many activities I put aside just to know what happens next in the series. Its 2021 currently, I have no clue when these books came out but I have so far decided that I will be giving the entire series a second read through. I found small errors by the way in spelling. Such as Hatas'Mok:Hatos'Mok. Unless that was intentional...

I started this series a week and a half ago and finished 6 books in that time. It's hard to put down. I suggested this book to my mother 2 days after i started and who has more reading time than I and she already finished all 12 books and started the prequel series . I look forward to continue reading this series and the others.

So much was learned in this one book. Each one is exciting but there's are so many new things that continue to come to light. I love this series.

It's always a pleasure to delve back in to the mysterious world of the Sasquatch, and the author has added two more layers that are even more mysterious! I am anxious to hear more about the Father race and all their progeny. What secrets are hidden on the previously unknown Wall? Will Oh Dar, the lone white man who knows about them, be the key to saving them all? More adventures to come!I love how the writer weaves her stories together over generations. She doesn't take the easy way by starting from the beginning and going forward, but the tapestry is even more exciting as the different relationships coalesce, separate, and meld together again. My only suggestion is that she write faster, as it is hard to wait for the next books!

Another great read in this gripping series. Leigh Roberts gives us a few more clues into the 'alternative history' of these fascinating characters that she has created, but I'm sure there is more to come. This is Book 6 in the series, and I think it is the best one yet. Waiting for Book 7 now, and more surprises.
