The Boy with Two Lives (The Abbas Kazerooni Memoirs)

if you like true stories of perseverance and accomplishment thru hardship, this is the book for you. The Boy With Two Lives is a well written, from the heart, story and a wonderful and inspiring read. Abbas Kazerooni has come a long way from that 9 year old boy in Iran. I highly recommend his book!

An excellent book with a storyline that kept me gripped from start to finish. A definite tear jerker!But it is very IMPORTANT that you read the 1st book ‘On two feet and wings’s before you read‘The Boy with Two Lives’.

This has been a very emotional and dark read. I cried multiple times as Abbas Kazerooni shared the highs and lows in his younger years. I thank him for writing both this and "On Two Feet and Wings". I would recommend them as required reading in all schools as both are valuable sources to start discussions in topics deserving attention and encourage perseverance. There's a lot to take away from this survival story.

The author once again captures the full attention of the reader. It’s a book you can hardly put down as he engages you in his story. Loved this book as much the first one, On two feet and wings.

I am 13 years old and my mother suggested this book to me. It is a bit violent at some parts but is an over all good book which one you've started to read it, you can't put it down.
