I’ve been really liking these collagen & biotin gummies. They taste good, are easy to take, and my skin feels more hydrated while my hair and nails feel stronger. I also like that they include vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Easy to stick with daily.

هذه تجربتي وقد تفيد أشخاص آخرين. بدأت استخدام مكمل الكولاجين قبل تقريباً 6 أشهر..قررت أن أجرب هذه الشركة لأنني كنت أبحث عن كولاجين بحري بسعر مناسب وعلى شكل حبوب. في البداية كل شيء كان رائعاً أصبح شعري كثيفاً بشكل ملحوظ ...أظافري أصبحت أقوى ..لم ألحظ أي تحسن في البشرة ولكنني كنت راضية عن المنتج بشكل عام. بدأت جرعتي بحبتين في اليوم فقط...وبعدما رأيت التحسن وبعد إتمامي للعلبة الأولى طلبت علبة جديدة وقررت أن آخذ الجرعة الموصى بها وهي 3 حبات..حينها بدأ كل شيء بالإنتكاس. كانت لدي آلام شديدة جداً في الأقدام وكأنني أدوس على مسامير...استمر الأمر لشهر تقريباً وتدهورت حالتي لدرجة أنني فقدت القدرة على المشي بشكل كامل بسبب الألم حتى أنني كنت استعين بالكرسي المتحرك...لكني حينها لم استطع تفسير السبب!! كان الألم شديداً جداً في كل صباح ومع فقدي القدرة على المشي بدأت صحتي النفسية تتأثر...حينها رجعت للتقيمات لهذا المنتج لأتفاجأ بأن مستخدمة أخرى قد ذكرت نفس الأعراض بالضبط!! وحينها فقط فهمت ما كان يحدث لي عندما لاحظت أن الغضاريف في أذني وأنفي أصبحت لينة جداً على غير العادة ...بالتالي فهمت بالضبط ما حدث لي أن هذا الدواء سبب لي ليونة زائدة في الغضاريف ومنها غضاريف الأقدام ومع ليونة الغضاريف كان المشي يصبح أصعب وأصعب. عندها وبعد قراءة تجربة السيدة الأخرى توقفت تماماً عن استخدام الدواء..ومنذ أول يوم من التوقف بدأ الألم يخف تدريجياً ...اختفت الألام تماماً بعد 10 أيام والآن وبعد 6 أشهر أنا أستطيع أن أمشي كما كنت والله الحمد ..والغضاريف في أذني وأنفي أصبحت قوية مرة أخرى. أنا لست طبيبة ولكن يبدو أن زيادة الكولاجين في الجسم له أعراض جانبية كالتي حدثت لي..لذا إن كان الجسم مازال ينتج الكولاجين بشكل كافٍ يجب استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام هذا المكمل أو أي مكمل يحتوى على الكولاجين.
