I love my M13 Next Generation Life Ionizer!  Once I set it up, it has been easy to use.  I love the light, clean taste of the water.  The support with setting up my ionizers was awesome.  I have also enjoyed the on going support and suggestions from the staff.  The staff is experienced and believes in their product.  I have an under the counter top and have enjoyed the looks, ease of operation and convenience of it.  I highly recommend the M13 Next Generation Life Ionizer.

This is a must have filter!  I have tried other alkaline / filtration systems in the past and nothing compares to this!  Excellent customer service as you can always call and speak directly with someone at Life Ionizers if you have any questions.  Albeit expense; firstly you cannot put a price on health, yet secondly if you take into account the amount of money on bottled water you spend on an annual basis you recoup your investment within the first year, yet have this amazing system for years to come.

I purchased the M13 Next Generation April 2013.  We have been overwhelmed by the difference in our by drinking the ionized water.  It is especially helpful in cleaning fruits and vegetables.  We also use the option for beauty water, that tone the skin.  The acid water also helps with small cuts and burns that cuts the heal time in half.  Customer service is awesome. I had the pleasure of speaking with Wil on several occasions and he always takes whatever time necessary to answer all concerns-very very personable.
