Brought this to try the waterless cooking I’ve heard the health benefits of. Works well. Beautifully made. Steam vegetables in next to no water and cleans easily. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Very pleased.

This skillet, saute pan is very versatile and great quality. I can re-heat, cook small amounts or large amounts as it fits a deceivingly large amount while still cooking completely even. It makes cooking so easy and healthy as far as keeping the nutrients and flavor locked in. It comes with a booklet with instructions for cooking different types of foods which is something that is helpful for me since I'm not an amazing kitchen person.

I started to study waterless cooking after seeing this method in a health show. I found out this 360 brand with reasonable price so I gave it a try! I love it! It makes my life so easy as I only need to wash and cut the ingredients and dump them into it. cover, turn on the fire, and wait till the steam comes out. Spin the cover and turn off the fire. Wait for a few minutes depending on what you cook. Then, yummy food is waiting for me. well, I have to admit someone needs to study a little bit before using this pot, at least read the user's manual. It's not completely waterless, because I had burnt it once w/o adding water. But It's easy to clean the burnt after boiling it in water for sometime. Some people complained unable to open the cover. Actually if you turn on the fire and reheat it, the cover will be easily taken off. Hope my review helps! I have been using this pot for couple of months in daily basis, and I bought another bigger one through their website with a discount.

This saute pan is very well made, super versatile, distributes heat evenly and rapidly using low heat for all cooking so is energy efficient to boot-- which is helpful when I use it in my rv! It is also very pretty!

Versatile sauté pan! Love the way it cooks everything evenly and I honestly use it for everything from cooking eggs, to making sauces and pan frying meat. If I could choose one pan only, this one is it! Highly recommend.

Excellent cookware. Good weight and easy to handle. It heats evenly and top rising on steam is not a problem. If you use it on an electric cooktop be careful about using the highest heat setting. Water in this-or any-pan can evaporate quickly leading to burning. However, this pan is easy to clean.

I hope to slowly replace my 25 plus year old Salad Master pans with these. I prefer having a pan(s) that I can put in the dishwasher without worrying about ruining the handles on the pan or lid.
