my all time favourite film
This is my favourite film of all time and to read about the experience Tony Curtis had with getting the part, meeting his co-stars was enjoyable. He gave a good insight into the film, the other actors and directors. A really enjoyable read which I would recommend to other Some Like It Hot fans.

Lifting the Lid on SLIH!
This is a super little book which is a real eye-opener on the filming of this much-loved film. It is hard to believe the stories of the multiple takes required - 82 - for the scene where Monroe walks into the room and says 'Where's that whisky?' It is also good to hear that Tony Curtis' voice was dubbed in by a drag queen because his own version was not up to the mark. The sexual relationship between Tony Curtis and Monroe is also interesting and casts a new light on the scene aboard the yacht where whe is lying on top of him in an attempt to get a reaction. These are only a few of the interesting facts behind the filming.A great read. Best to get the hardback version.

Some Like It Hot is my all time favourite film
Some Like It Hot is my all time favourite film!Tony wrote a perfect book with details into his memories of getting his role, how it was on set, Marilyn's famous fluff ups and constantly being a pain in the ass for everyone in making the film. With some funny, sad and interesting chapters of the book, accompanied with pictures.Read it in two days, couldn't put it down!

I love this film
I love this film, I love Tony and I love Marilyn. I wanted to read about his life during this period in 1957 whilst filming Some Like it Hot. A nice honest account of what happened between him and Marilyn.
