The ears are perfect for holding their head still and the neck pillow keeps them stabilized to avoid restricted breathing, I use this all day everyday when he’s in the car seat the swing stroller you name It, it’s a good size for ages 0-8 months

Poor design
Tried it for our granddaughter who always turns her head while in car seat. Just pushed her chin into her chest too much. Could not use it.
