Quite possibly the best olive oil on the market today
I've ordered tons of stuff from Amazon but have written only a very few reviews. This is one of those moments when I am compelled to write. After much research, and I think, thoroughly educating myself on the tremendous health benefits of consuming olive oil, my next task was to find the genuine product from the sea of fake or sub-standard olive oil. Long story short, my search led me to Partanna - along with a few other good candidates as runners-up. I am now on my third order of the 101oz. can, and I am beyond happy that this is both the brand and the size that I settled on. I find that it works excellent when sautéing vegetables or just pouring it on a salad or pretty much any dish that I'm having. The flavor is quite delicious. It is fair to say that at this point, I'm quite addicted to the product and the brand. If you're searching for a top-quality olive oil, consider your search over. You will thoroughly enjoy that product.For the record, I was neither offered nor given any incentive to write this review, I'm doing so as a genuinely satisfied customer. Given its high quality, there is absolutely no need for the manufacturer to embellish or artificially induce others to buy this product. It stands very well on its own merits. I'll continue to buy it for as long as it is sold on Amazon or wherever else it is sold.Edit 2/25/23: I forgot to add that, a few people seem to have difficulty pouring the oil from the can without making a mess, and while some have suggested punching holes in the top of the can, this is not necessary. You simply have to pull the two "ears" on the cap to extend the pouring spout, as seen in the pictures I've added. To make it even easier for myself, I fill a dark glass bottle (it HAS TO BE DARK to avoid oxidization) with what I need. So far, no problems. Hope this helps.

Great silky initial flavor swishing around and a nice nip of peppery zest as it goes down. High grade EVOO. A+

Good but dented.
authentic, single-origin, Sicilian EVO of great taste and quality. What’s with the dented can though? My grandmother and mother always advised against buying cans that comes dented.

I found this olive in a local Italian store a couple years ago. It’s delicious with a delicate fruit undertones. Highly recommend!
