Bike review
So after like a week testing it it's is ok but not anywhere where they advertised like 28 mile pure electric and 43 mile with pedal assit. I got 12 mile and I was on pedal assit 1 most of the time and sometime on pedal assit 2 than battery light came on. Either battery is not rated power 500 watt 48v or the battery is bad. Great packaging and easy to assemble but disappointing in mileage. Even my electric scooter can go 12 mile.Invest a little more and get a better brand but this was my first e bike and it is cool but don't count on going for long trip.Edit on 11/13/2022The customer service is great they sent me a new battery because my old that came with the bike only gave me about 12 mile on pedal assit. The new one is already at 19 mile and still half battery left. The only thing I notice is that the original battery was a 48v 10.4ah and the one they sent me is 48v 10ah. A little weaker but I still got more mileage. Will review after another month to see how it does.Changing from 3 star to 4 star because customer service was fast and responsive but they sent me a weaker battery. That why no 5 star for it. Overall for my first ebike it's a good starter ebike and if you have a good battery that come with it you can reach at least 25 mile on pedal assit.

Was totally enjoyable and I was recovering from stroke
The seat was not comfortable at all. And, was VERY unhappy because I hurt my groin area and it went down my whole leg. The GOD aweful pain n suffering that I'm still going through..I have no wordsPersonally, my heart tells me that u should reverse charges and send a seat that is VERY comfortable for all this pain n suffering. But, I have to say, it was most fun I've had in about 2 years. So, in closing I loved the bike.

The review I wanted before I bought this bike.
I will start by saying overall I like this bike as a great 1st e-bike and it had everything I was looking for. I knew that a 400W battery in general wouldn't give me as much power, speed and distance vs. a 750w battery so for the price it is worth it. I have had the bike for a few weeks now and did enough rides to give a good pros and cons list.PROSbattery built in to the frameShocks on wheel & seatIgnition power on handle barFolds up easilyPhone holder & usb port includedFits 15x15 milk crate on the backtop speed 23 mphat least 20 mile range on full battery chargeSmooth gear shift on 7 speedsFolding handle is a good u-lock use spotPeddle assist is great and saves battery when usedCONSsmall piece of the kickstand broke on 1st useBrakes squeak and rub and need an adjustmentFront headlight dim and not that brightSpeed drops to 10mph. on hillsno written direction on modes 1,2,3 but figured it out after a few ridesHorn scares people rather then alertsBattery indicator goes from 2 bars to deadwhen the battery dies and you have to do all the peddling yourself the bike is 55 lbs and you have to peddle that extra weight too.Like I said overall this bike had everything I wanted and its a great 1st e-bike. It's just annoying I have to deal with the brakes and I don't think it would be a problem if I got the $2,000 bike. When I charged the battery from being fully dead, it took 5hrs and 45mins. to full charge. Its nice the charger shuts off once complete too.

Great eBike for the best price
This 81 year old absolutely loves this eBike, bets price for features, disc brakes, 7 speed, Fat tires, 500 w motor, 48V, headlight, tail light, stop light, alloy wheels. Decided on this one after searching the net many times. Wanted a bike that was built strong as I am 81 years old and safety is a concern. Having worked in machine shops for several years early on I can visually look at any mechanical product and evaluate the design and workmanship. Don't be sucked in by all the glamor of advertising and way overpriced eBikes. On a final note the distributor I purchased from is not very customer friendly as I had to get Amazon involved to get my bike shipped after a couple of weeks delay.

worth buying
Took a chance and bought 2 and i am happy. there is no bike mode only or pas mode only it's all pas or electric. Mode 1 has max speed of 15 mode 2 has max speed 20 and mode 3 has a max speed 23 and I weight 200 pound and was able to get those speeds. Sons' road them and got same speeds. They send you a nice tool kit, pump for tires and charger for bike. YOU do need to make sure you pump tires which has a rating of 35 to 45 lbs. I pumped to 35. They are regular tire size, but frame is big enough for 2-to-3-inch tires. Does come with brake light and headlight. I sat on rack in back and its solid. It comes with 2 sets of keys one to remove battery not needed to run bike and ignition key which is on the handlebars. The phone holder is plastic so don't over tighten but it holds my I phone 12 with no problem. Smooth riding no noise except for motor which is min. Only thing i have to say is its fast assembled so you have to tighten stuff and move stuff for example i had to straighten the handlebars on one of them they were turned. I hope this help you decide i was the real American Ginnie pig for this bike and i like it so does my family
