Very happy with this pitcher and the company's service! Was excited to get this and bummed when I opened the box to find a broken lid. I contacted the seller telling them this as I didn't want to go through the process to return the entire item and wait for a replacement. I received a response within an hour and boom, they sent me a new lid free of charge or trouble, and I received it shortly after! About the pitcher, it is super cute, heavy duty and holds a lot of fruit. Excellent large water pitcher infuser!!

poor design, water spills everywhere

This pitcher has a nice weight to it and seems to be made pretty well. My main dislike was the lid. It's open and I would have preferred something that closes and keeps air out when storing in the fridge.

Pretty enough to put on a table! I ordered one blue one for myself and a green one for a friend. Appears to be well constructed and it's easy to use. I started with watermelon and then tried pears and then limes with fresh cilantro. Even our toddlers can drink it because it's fresh foods and filtered water. Love that I can get extra electrolytes when I'm working out in the heat without consuming corn syrup or artificial sweeteners. I didn't get the email with the book but there are many recipes online.

I love this infuser pitcher and have used it every day since I purchased it. I have a lot of fresh basil and cucumbers this time of year and have tried cucumber/basil, orange/basil, strawberry basil as well as cucumber/lemon, strawberry/mint and apple/lemon. All have been great! The pitcher is easy to clean and refill as needed. And no matter what's in it, it looks pretty.

Worked for a few uses. Then the lid fell off when trying to pour. Poorly made and super trypophobic picture!

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I actually got the best results when I just dumped a bunch of chopped up (or frozen) fruit into the bottom of the pitcher, filled it with fresh water, and let it chill in the fridge. The pitcher is attractive, but the center tube is of questionable merit.
