Icy Hot is the Best Product I have found. It works well on arthritic and Bursitis pains.

Goes on easily with applicator, and I am less likely to get the gel on areas that I don't want to cover topically.

This particular Icy Hot is FANTASTIC! Way better than the cream or roll on.

Sometimes it brings relief and sometimes not. I guess it's how intense and what you do work wise or whatever to determine if it provides relief for you.
