The quality in build and materials seems to be very good. It's automatically recognised by win 11 and has excellent range with a 100% connection quality. A true bargain.

Instructions
CD did not work-when it did work kept stopping and saying remove old bluetooth drivers. [no instructions how to do this]. I have worked in School and Colleges for about 30 years and i could not remove all the Bluetooth drivers on the windows 10, so how a person with no pc skills would cope ?????. Booklet too small and no help at all. Have seen reviews about this item before and the trouble other buyers had with the instructions. Thought i would manage to install the software [but i failed]. Would give ITEM 0000000 if i could.
