Hasim bhai and team did a wonderful job. This chair is very good and comfortable!! Definitely go ahead and get it if you’re looking for one - chances are you won’t be disappointed!!Hasim bhai even helped follow up with delivery company when the delivery company were delayed.Chair as a product is great.

Didn’t have back support.
Ordered it with all charm and comfort but got a damaged product. The inside wood and material seems to be of low quality. The cloth used for it was good, stool was also good but didn’t sturdy at all.

Chair broke within 2 months even with very less usage
Chair broke hardly within 2 months of usage - only person to use is my old father who uses once in 2-3 months and is ahrdly 60 kgs - he also got back jerk when chair broke suddenly when he was lying. Chair is also not comforatble in terms of swaying movement as it makes noiseSturdiness is a big question if chair can't even last 2 months with very less usage
