I bought a pair of these 4 years ago, and those are still going strong and in great condition. I’m buying a second pair now, because I’ve gotten used to using these often!They’re excellent for cutting up meat, greens, and noodles, especially when you need quick cuts and don’t want to pull out cutting boards and deal with cleanup.

Age and arthritis have made it more difficult to cut food with a knife to prepare food. These scissors allow me to cut easier.

These are perfect skewers for and kind of prep, and well suited for cutting meat. Sharp, performa well, fits nicely in the hand and, so far, seems quite durable.

Great feel in your hand. Very sharp. Purchased to cut homemade pizza. Long blade. Would buy again.

As a retired chef that appreciates great kitchen quality tools when I see one, I thought I should write a little review prasing this kitchen shear. Previously owned OXO, KitchenAid and other kitchen scissors and this one by far is the sharpest one, It cuts bones (Chicken and small Beef ribs) like paper. I will only buy this for my kitchen.

Easy to handle and cut through brisket easily. Wish there was a sheath or safety cover

I am using this very well. Especially when preparing chicken wings, it is easy. One thing to note is that the scissors are very sharp, so be careful with your hands.

unlike riveted scissors, these have a nut & bolt so they can be tightened when needed, rather than becoming worn out
