Very noisy. Not a good quality
Do not by this product. Makes a lot of sound on a small movement while sleeping. Better buy a wooden one or from IKEA

Satisfied quality. use washer to assembly. we assembled without washer.. Ladder pops-out too much.. if you want to save space, go for ladder in-built version. More stable without ladder itself. Easy to assembly on own.

Suspected intentional cutting of package at one corner to view what product is inside. Some paint gone. I'm yet to open. But I'd rate 4 stars bcos the guys were hardworking, humble & honest.
