Awful product
First one didnt work, ordered a second one, overly complicated app, customer service was helpful but buying the plan was near impossible. would not recommend

Good value for money.Quick acquisition of satellites.Battery life.App and general operation takes a bit of figuring out initially.Very helpful support staff (though they don't work weekends which would be a great help).

It doesnt work, doesnt connect to phone takes days to charge its like as hop dummy version they use in case of it being stolen absolutly unresponsive, useless and very let down indeedd.
