Inaccurate description
Made in Taiwan, thought it is made in India. Godrej sources lock from third party. Free installation is not right, checked with Godrej helpline without mentioning my location.

Malfunctioning door locks and you may have to stay out of your house for hours
Worst products from Godrej. I own building which has multiple units. First lock failed in 1 yearlatch didn’t open and we have to spend 3 hours outside. Finally somehow got it open. Called up Godrej customer care , they refused to replace lock and I end up paying visiting charge. No escalation helped. Second lock failed with 2 years. This is another type of lock, could not remove key from inside, it’s stuck.
