These are Great!
I bought so friend and I could stay in touch on walks. In retrospect, I realized they'd also be perfect for communicating during conferences. No need to dial or listen for a ring, making it more efficient than cell phones, especially in loud environments. I've even read of people using them to communicate while driving in close proximity to one another on open roads! Easy to attach to belts or backpacks, too. Excellent travel and communication tool for the right environment where cell phone utility is questionable.

Great item for the price
I bought these for ease of communication for our harvesting team. Much easier to manage than a cell phone when driving heavy equipment. Good range and battery life is excellent. Recommend.

Not so great
Bought this as a gift for my 6 yr old. The sound quality is not that great. Most of the times I don’t hear the voice clearly. Battery life is good. Looks a little big. Could have been smaller in size for kids to handle. Overall an average buy

As expected.
Small light weight works great. Hold the talk button 2 seconds then speak.

GOOD WALKIE TALKIES!
I use these at work and they are fun to have! They work good and go a good distance before they start disconnecting. I love them!

Meh, great for kids or around the yard
For a budget walkie-talkie these are good too get for kids, the one thing that made me lower the rating was it's compatibility with other walkies that I have. What I mean is I had these on channel One along with my other set and they would receive the audio perfectly clear but they would not send audio to the other walkies. So these could be used for listening to other people on the same frequency but you would not be able to communicate with them only with each other. Not sure the frequencies are tuned appropriately which is the reason I dropped the rating. Overall the battery life was actually really long, it's very simple to use and the sound quality was pretty good. They certainly do not have long range in the woods I'd say probably a third of a mile was the max you're going to get without a lot of distortion which is why these are really good for people who need to communicate on the same property or for kids to just have fun with! If you're looking for long-range communication though these are not it.

Good walkie talkies for kids
I purchase these for my son to play around the house with his sister. I’m very impressed as far as the quality of the products and how clear you can hear on both sides. As far as range goes he hasn’t tried it very far as our land is only about an acre. So anything over an acre, we have not been able to test. Works perfectly for their play though. They come with a clip so you can clip it to your pants. I love that it doesn’t need batteries and it charges with a usb cable.

LOVE these! Best Walkie Talkies for a Great Price!
These are pretty awesome. Their price point is more in line with kids' walkie talkies, but their quality is legit, not at all like toys. They come with belt clips which they easily slide in and out of and have holes for wrist straps to be slid through (though I do wish those wrist straps were included in the box). Their batteries last at least 14 hours, I'd say, and the audio is SUPER crisp and clear! I went to these directly from a set of Cobra Microtalk walkie talkies, and I was just blown away by the overall quality in basically all aspects, really. They did now and then pick up other conversations, but with 16 channels, it really wasn't much of a problem. My family has been using these to communicate quickly from different floors of the house for a couple of months now, going one channel higher every time there was interference and such, and we've only made it to channel 4 so far. The only real issue I have with these isn't really much of one at all: there's this accented voice that comes through to yell at you to "please change the battery" when it gets low. It's nice to have that warning before they're entirely dead? It's just pretty annoying how frequently he repeats it. It's so often that it makes it virtually impossible to continue using them because the voice only comes through the walkie that's dying. That means if someone is talking to you while your walkie is dying, they will be constantly talked over and they won't even know to stop talking. I also am not a huge fan of the camo coloring and would prefer them in black or something? But in the grand scheme those are such minor complaints. I like this set; highly recommend!
