I find these iron pills give a real boost. They have no adverse digestive effects for me, luckily, and so I can go on taking them without noticing anything upsetting.I find I need them in phases, the clue is that I begin to feel slightly more tired than I should be and my legs begin to ache. Then I resume having one with breakfast every day and soon notice a return of renewed energy and flexibility.I came to them via prescription iron which didn't agree with me, a local health food shop stocks these and other quest supplements and now I see they are on line at less cost.These tablets must be kept away from children, only one a day is ever necessary. to be taken with a meal and water. They are not a substitute for healthy meals of course but we aren't always as good as we should be about that and may miss naturally absorbed iron in everyday food.Suitable for Vegans; as well as the easily absorbed Iron, these tablets contain Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folacin, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Copper, molybdenum.... All around or slightly in excess of the recommended daily allowance. Sounds good for me!

A good source of Iron if you are deficient, Check with your Dr first to work out if you are in need of an iron supplement. I found that compared to other makes these are less likely to cause constipation.

These iron tablets were far too large. They made me gag from the strong smell and taste.
