OK for youth sports but not adults
Very flimsy material and not very well stitched. I bought two for youth football drills and strap already came off one. I'll have to sow back on. I ran with one and didn't feel much resistance but the kids said they felt like it was helping.

Only used a few times, judgement still out
We have only used them a few times so the judgement is still out. WHat I don't like is that they don't open very easily. We have had to have someone behind the runners hold them before they run.
