Funnel

Unit worked well, until the handle welds broke. The the unit became non service able, as I use it to place hot tea into travel cup. I will most like weld the handle back on, but should not have to do that. Maybe this is why it is not available now.

Best funnel I have ever owned. If you like canning or any other similar project, I recommend this funnel extremely highly. I love the flexibility afforded by the two separating parts. It makes it perfect for both mason jars and bottles with a smaller opening as well. It also is very durable and has quickly become a staple of my kitchen projects. It’s lightweight which is nice but also sturdy. It is also very easy to clean. I never would have thought a funnel could be this useful!

I use this to filter our milk from our home dairy. I can put a milk filter between the funnel attachment and it holds it in place. I just wish it were a bit larger, but it works for now.

I use jars for storing/straining many things and this is fantastic (bone broth, kombucha, storing dry goods, nut milk, etc.). I love the multi functionality. The narrow funnel drains fairly quickly compared to my previous and that the wide upper funnel holds a significant amount of liquid. Sometimes I do need to tilt the strainer to keep things moving. The side handle is handy for not burnin your hand while holding or tilting. The only thing I would change would be the ability to strain using the wide mouth (by raising where the filter sits a bit) vs. having to use the narrow funnel for straining.

This item arrived quickly. We promptly washed it and started using it. This definitely made canning life a lot easier. I would have liked a larger handle....I found it hard to grip.

The bottom part that you would use for smaller bottle or jar openings unscrews taking the strainer with it, leaving just the big mouth opening which is perfect for pouring soups or chilis into Mason type jars! The strainer just pulls out of the bottom part, so you don't have to use it at all if you don't want to. It is just good design. Simple. Functional. Well built.

This funnel has a part that can be removed, so I was able to use this in my herbal making. Usually I cone up a piece of paper to funnel the herbs into a mason jar. But now with this funnel, I just remove the bottom and it has that extra wide opening so I used this, so great, very happy with this. I'm just wondering why I didn't look for this before, would've made life easier.

I use this to pour homemade cashew milk into glass bottles. I use this twice a week. I noticed today that there is rust on the mesh. I strain the nut milk through nutbags, but this serves as the last strain to the bottle. The funnel itself is holding up great and am pleased with it. The rust on the mesh though, that's a serious flaw.
