The media could not be loaded. 6/15/23Update: rusting badly cheap and flimsy handle to wind the hose up, that bends really easily. Paint flaking of everywhere. Would not buy this hose reel again.Pros: Very nice and sturdy. I love the ability to easily unhook it and move it to another location around your home. Looks and feels professional grade. Winds hose fastCons: Not packaged very well.Do not over-tighten the wind handle coupler. It is designed To move freely, therefore, titan just enough to keep the real attached to its stand.I made a holster for the Reel very easily out of 2 x 4. I will paint them black to contrast the red. The whole set up is very sturdy and looks sharp.

It looks like it was made in a foreign country a little light weight but decent for the money

Very easy to put together but not sturdy at all and not worth the money and I would never buy this again due to being way to flexible and bends easy. Already broke 1 3 days after I got it

Came poorly packaged. Immediately had doubts about quality. As I assembled it I became increasingly skeptical about it's longevity. Once assembled the spool would not rotate without binding up. The buckle that was supposed to prevent rotation of the slip hub did not appear to fit the nut properly, and the hub appeared to be eccentric.I took it apart and returned it to its poor packaging for return. Had it appeared to work, I might have kept it with the expectation that it might last one season at most.

I never worked properly. Leaked at quick disconnect. While using it the threaded hose pop off. You could not get it to stay on.

I can not stop it from leaking!

Overpriced and flimsy. Too many pieces of ridiculousness to put together. Save your $!
