I have done this detox 3 times in the last 1.5 years, and every time I lost 4-5 lbs. Of course, I have made some overall positive changes along with it- lemon water on empty stomach, switching to a low carb diet (with 1 cheat day every week ;) ) and 30 mins of cardio (3 days a week).
