Amazon was out of the adapter. I emailed GIMILI customer support. They gave me a choice of either buying it from them or providing proof that I gave them a good review. I gave them a good review. I am very pleased with the faucet and its ease of use. The touchless faucet is easier to use than the touch faucet we had before. The adapter is great no batteries. However, I still have the battery set up as a backup in the event of a power outage. I would highly recommend this product!
