I use this more and more. It does a great job chopping. I have only used the chopping plate so far.

This is a professional multifunctional vegetable chopper with 10 accessories, it is a very good product. This chopper does all the jobs. It chops, slices, shreds, grates and so much more. It's has made salad prep for our meals so much easier and it holds up to the test!The quality of its material can be said to be medium to high, it is plastic, care must be taken when handling it, otherwise it may crack, yes, the knife is very sharp, you have to be careful, especially when cleaning it. It's durable! This is a must for any family!

I bought this for my wife and tried using it tonight to dice a small onion. I trimmed the onion and cut it in half and had her try it. The bladed made an indentation in the onion. I then quartered the onion and she tried again this time it cut maybe 1/4” (if I’m being generous). I gave it a try and put all my weight into it (no one calls me little guy except to try an be funny) and i got about half way through a quarter of an onion. There were 10 pieces in the tray and the rest were still attached to the onion stuck in the blades. I gave up and diced the onion by hand in 30-45 seconds with a chefs knife. Don’t waste your money on this garbage! I will try and return it and if I van’t it will go to the landfill.

This chopper/mandoline packs a lot of features in but there were some issues that I encountered. The green plastic that the mandoline blades are attached to is a bit soft and was warped when I received it. I was able to slice potatoes with the slicer but the prongs on the vegetable holder snag on the blade when the slicing is almost done.A whole medium yellow onion won't fit on the chopper grid and spreads out when trying to close the cover to chop it. I had to cut the onion into quarters and it was still difficult to chop, sometimes stalling and requiring me to open and close the cover a couple of times to finish the chop. I ended up chopping the onion quarters, cut-side down which worked best.I shredded some onion with the larger shredder attachment which worked okay. I didn't use the wavy slicer, the small shredder or the grater attachments, nor did I use the smaller chopper grid.Cleanup of the chopper can be a bit tedious since onion fibers tend to get into the seams where the knives cross on the grid, and no matter how sure I was that I had gotten all onion off the blades, I always found more after it dried a bit. There is a comb to clean out bits of vegetable from the chopper's punch plate which is a grid of half-inch plastic fingers that fit one to each knife opening on the smaller grid or four to each opening on the larger one. There's also a stiff bristled brush similar to a toothbrush but even with the brush, I found it near impossible to get all of the onion out from the knife intersections on the chopper grid.Ultimately, I purchased a real mandoline slicer and will probably buy a grater at a later date for use on cheese, but I'll stick to hand-chopping my onions. I am returning this product today.

It only takes one time for you to tell yourself it’s not that sharp only to end up with a severed finger. This is a very very sharp slicer. It comes with safety gloves which is HIGHLY recommend using. This slicer has MULTIPLE attachments and all are sharp. It comes with a handy cleaning brush for the hard to reach places which has come in handy! This is useful for me the most because I have severe carpel tunnel and I find chopping tedious and it also takes me forever because my hands go numb so this is great! I would highly recommend. It doesn’t get better than this!

Okay, I bought this as a skeptic. I probably didn't need it and could've continued chopping onions and such the same way, but I thought ehh might as well try something new. This CHANGED MY LIFE, seriously. It can be a bit hard sometimes to push through food (don't try to dice carrots on this) but who doesn't love perfectly chopped onions? The slicing feature is incredible and comes with a protective holder so that way you don't cut your fingers. The cleaning parts are great too, comes with a brush and a plastic bit that makes cleaning up unbelievably simple. If you're thinking of getting it, don't hesitate, I love it!

Great product, easy to use and so far the veggies and potatoes that I cubed, diced and sliced came out great. Must have saved me 50% of the prep time I would do manually with a good knife. Be careful to handle all of the blades very carefully as they are really reall sharp (which I found out the hard way). Also, don't be gentle with most hard veggies or potatoes as a strong slap down works the best.

This product is rubbish it cuts poorly and is less effective than a $10 product from ALDI.Would not recommend to anyone
