So I am one of the most accident prone people I know when it comes to cell phones. I literally drop my phone at least once a week, usually from it being in my lap and I get up and it drops to the floor. I've been purchasing Otter boxes for years up until I decided I wanted waterproof. The last couple cases I got were waterproof, but it wasn't long before I was dealing with a trouble using the touch screen, plus the reception quality would drop significantly. Also, the rubber 'plugs' would always eventually break off or be loose, therefore no longer truly waterproof.A few months ago I decided to move back to Florida and knew I'd be on the water a lot, so I did a lot of research and decided on this Beasyjoy Case for my iPhone 8 Plus. Received the package which was impeccably packed, with the tools included. I hadn't realized that there would be screws involved, which requires a special tool, so I was a little hesitant, because there wasn't going to be an easy way to pop out the phone if I needed to for some reason.You have to unscrew all the screws, place your phone inside, and make sure you line it up right before screwing back together or the switch on the side for silent mode won't work. I was impressed with the quality of all the materials, and particularly impressed with the fact it is literally made with a heavy metal and durable rubber. This is NOT a lightweight case (I can't wear this in my back pocket unless I have a belt on to keep my pants up properly, LOL). But if you want quality protection at a reasonable price, you have to have quality material.It took less than 6 hours for me to find out if it would survive a fall, because I dropped it on CONCRETE where it bounced twice and sounded awful. Both my uncle and I cringed when it dropped, and we fully expected a cracked screen just from how hard it hit the concrete.Alas, my woes were for naught! The paint was pretty scuffed in two spots, but my phone was pristine! Talk out durable!!I couldn't have cared less about the paint, because I didn't buy the case to look pretty, I bought it to protect my ridiculously expensive smart phone, and it absolutely did exactly that. The rubber plug at power port can be a bit of a pain to pull out for charging, but that's perfectly fine with me because it means it's actually plugging and sealing the phone from moisture.I have dropped it a couple more times since my purchase, and yep, held up like a champ. I also love how the rubber backside helps keep it from sliding around, there's also a slot where you can loop through the strap they provide, and I love the bright yellow so that it's easier to find if I drop it in the water or wherever.The touch screen works perfect! I don’t have a screen protector on the phone itself, so I think that is helping. I also made sure my phone was thoroughly clean before putting the case on it. Now it does muffle the sound a little bit, and WiFi range is shorter, but I’m a realist and understand physics. You simply can’t expect a case to be waterproof and not end up muffling the sound or range a bit. So I simply use the Bluetooth to listen to music via headphones or my sound bar.

SInce I am up in Canada on a lake for 1/2 the year and down on the ocean the rest of the year it seems to make sense to have a waterproof case for my phone. This is the 2nd one I have bought and I really like it. The protective screen seems to work fine but I haven't dropped it as yet to really test it. I did have a bit of an issue aligning the little button that mutes the phone, but figured it out and it works wonderfully. It's very solid feeling and the camouflage matches my fanny pack(sweet). Very pleased overall and it was a heck of a lot cheaper than some of it's competitors.

I definitely recommend this case because it really protects your phone. My only issue is that it’s hard to hear everything.

Tough case, seals well, came with two tools, extra screws, a screen cloth, gasket seal .It works well to protect your phone for everyday use inside, or outdoors; just like the amazon video discrimination.

The one major issue that I have with this case is the rubber part on the back for some reason creates a bubble, and if the air can get in, I know Water can as well.If you constantly use your phone and you want to use the wireless charging don’t buy this case.If you text a lot and you use your microphone, this case is not for you because the microphone does not always pick up all your wordsWhen trying to scroll from left to right when you’re in an app or you’re searching on the web the case restricts it and you have a hard time going back or going forward me personally if I knew this, I would’ve never bought this case because it’s a waste of money.

Great case, feels sturdy and protective. I'm a swimmer, so I wanted to test the claims. installed according to vague instructions, made sure charge port was closed properly. Put phone underwater about 6 inches, took a pic. Worked good. Later, getting in my truck I noticed water between the screen protector in the case and my phones screen, which renders the touch screen useless. No water entered the phone though, so that is good. Will need to unassemble the case to get the water out, and since the tool is at home, this phone will remain useless all day. Just FYI, do not believe the 'waterproof' thing. Other than that, a great looking case and would actually buy again, just not as waterproof. I don't see a point in an RMA since this does not appear to be a defect and that would be a pain anyway. I will just keep it out of the water.Edit March 7 2024: The clear plastic screen protector scratches easily, and since the camera lens cover is the same material, you see where I am going. If taking clear pictures and having a clear screen is important to you, I would skip this product in favor of something with either no screen cover or gorilla glass.

It can be a bit frustrating to get the audio mute button positioned correctly, but it’s worth the effort. The case is stylish and very sturdy. I am very hard on my phone cases. I ask a lot of my phone case and this is my 4th; they have done the job and protected my phone perfectly.

In fact I'd like to start off funny I may be a little jealous of it leaks in water faster than the speed of me getting hard at less than 30 seconds as opposed to the 30 minutes of waterproof testing it claimed to have passed in the installation manual lol. If my satisfaction is your success like you said in the manual then you guys have completely failed.
