I purchased this to protect my dog's foam mattress inside her crate. It's protected the mattress against just about every bodily fluid that can come out of a dog. She's not a shredder, so I'm not sure about kids or animals that tear things up. Great price and great quality.

I purchased this for a toddler mattress I had gotten for my German Shepard. I know it's for a baby bed but here's my take on it.It's not very soft for a baby but that material is very durable and infact waterproof. A soft sheet would probably make the difference for a human. It fits well to the mattress.
