This is a good paddle and it checks off all the boxes I was looking for - graphite surface, USAPA certified, lightweight, 4.25” grip. Mine weighs in at 7.2 ounces. I am new to pickleball and in retrospect, this is a little light for me. I also have an Apollo paddle that I bought on Amazon. That one weighs in at 8.8 ounces and that feels better for me as a beginner. It gives me more power. That one isn’t USAPA certified though. The surface of the paddle has some white dots from where the ball hit it. Again, I am new to the sport so I’m not sure if this is normal or not. There has been some discussion regarding the size of the grip, so I posted a pic showing the 4.25” measurement.

This should never had been an item that was advertised as Very Good or even made available for sale . The edge around the paddle was warped or defective and unsuitable for clean Pickleball play . Was obviously returned after initial purchase because of deformity and them made available again by someone who checked it and thought you could play a game with this type of defect ...,wrong ! Some great bargains on Amazon items that are returned , this was not one of them .., returned again .

Since I have never played pickleball before, I can't rate the quality of this racket. I wanted a light weight racket, which this seems to be. I also wanted a 4.5 inch grip. The item description said the grip size was 4.5 inches. When I measured the grip, it was barely larger than 4 inches. It is not even 4.25 inches. I haven't decided yet if I will return it.

I liked this paddle from the first time I used it! It is very comfortable and light, plus I feel that I can put a better spin on the ball because of its very lightly textured surface.

Nice paddle but handle broke from frame after about 10 games of lite play.
