What are you talking about? **Q: How do you hold the glob in place** A: there are 3 screws in the base of the fixture that tightens down over the neck of the Globe **Q: Looking for a clear globe wih a 3.25neck that is open on the bottom.** A: Globe is a little smaller that 3.24" but the screws in on fixture tightened down on it easily and held it just fine.
