Q: Do these have "teeth" in the adjustment buckle?

I honestly cannot remember; however we used these on two suitcases that traveled between the USA and Liberia. While in Liberia our suitcases went on some 8 hour long trips on rough roads. I am really glad we had rugged straps, as not everyone's luggage survived. THese straps did not loosen one bit. I adjusted them to be really TIGHT and they held up well for over two weeks.

Q: Hello, in the description say that the strap will fit a suitcase 16" to 32". I need the straps for a suite case that is 30" around. How small is?

The length of the strap is adjustable, so it can fits different size suitcases (suitcase from 16 to 32 inches). The maximum length of the strap is around 79 inches and the minimum length of the strap is around 44 inches.

Q: Will strap act as handle?

I didn't try it as a handle, but my guess would be no. I used it on a large suitcase and if I were to try and pick up the suitcase with it, it the suitcase would slide.

Q: Can this be used as a stacker?

These straps seem to slip when tried as a "stacker." I found a great little, two "S" hook 12 inch strap at the hardware store that works better to hold each handle together, with these straps for the middle of each bag.
