Have tried quitting smoking/chewing tobacco which turned into vaping/zyns countless times since I started smoking when I was 14. Almost 40 now, this is by far and away the most effective thing I have tried. I'm on day 3 after my doctor (DO) recommended to me. This apparently works to help your body/brain replace the neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin that nicotine throws off, so the result, at least for me personally, is that I have rarely even thought about nicotine since I started taking these. It feels like I have a "choice" to use nicotine which is every smoker's dream haha, although now I find myself choosing not to. Have felt very few side effects, almost no cravings, and highly recommend to others. At this point I wouldn't say it will take absolutely no effort on your part (still requires the desire to quit and an effort to do so), but man does it make it way easier.

Doesn't work or do anything it's just like a vitamin pill didn't replace any thought of, habit, or fits of nicotine. Just like 90% of what you buy online another scam just so they can get your money

These pills do work, you will stop after a week it’s all in your head. You will not have cravings like I said all in your head.

I’m gonna be honest. Sticking to a 2 hour dosing schedule for weeks on end is just not something I’ll probably ever do. I haven’t taken these as directed once, BUT even with my hit or miss dosage, I’m super impressed. I have smoked for 30 years. About a pack a day. Granted, I’m also the smoker who will smoke half a cigarette and put it out. I’ve been half taking this for a week and I realized the other day that it has been over two days since I bought a pack of cigarettes. Even now when I do smoke, it’s more out of habit than it is a craving. I sincerely don’t feel a need to smoke or even think about it. This morning I made coffee and started some chores and it was over 2 hours later that I realized I had not smoked. What? No first morning cigarette and didn’t even miss it? Crazy. I’d tell anyone to try this. Even if you’re like me and half use it, you’ll see a big difference. Or do better than me and stick to the schedule and quit for real with ease 😊

I just ended up switching from smoking to using on pouches. I quit smoking for 3 days using these but it wasn’t what I was looking for

UPDATE: 2024 In May it will be 2 years that I have been smoke/nicotine free. Thank you Nesmokesen. UPDATE: it has been 9 1/2 months since I used Nesmokesen to quit smoking. I am still smoke free and with very little craving for nicotine. What cravings I do get passes quickly without a lot of dwelling on the craving. If this heavy smoker with a 50 year smoking/vaping habit can stop with this product maybe it can help you. Great product. After smoking 1-2 packs of cigarettes daily for 47 years and vaping for the past 3 years I decided to give Nesmokesen a try. In the past, I had tried quitting many times by using nicotine products, prescription medications and going cold turkey. Nothing has worked as well for me as Nesmokesen. This product is awesome. I have been nicotine free for over a month and I don't think much about vaping/smoking. Taking the capsules of Nesmokesen was easy to take and kept me feeling pretty calm and relaxed . I will say that when I was down to taking 4 capsules a day I started craving carbs and I have gained some weight but I am working on losing those pounds. I am happy to have stopped nicotine products without much discomfort. Great product. I did not get anything for giving this review.

Not recommended. I had such bad stomach pains the second day, the whole day. Idk why they only have the 5 stars showing. I didn't see not 1 of the 1 star ones. What a scam. Read fine print under ingredients. They should be where the ingredients are not under them in fine print.

I really wanted this to work for me but one of the ingredients is making me so tired I’m falling asleep at my desk at work. I didn’t want to take away too many stars for that though…. I am pretty sensitive to side effects though so don’t take my word for it!! Good luck!
