Drain is of great quality and works great! We live in a condo building with a wall drain. The conversion from bathtub to tiled shower was definitely easier with this drain. One huge drawback is the shipping is extremely slow. Ordered on 22nd, received on 31st. I’d pay premium for fast shipping. Multiple calls to Amazon begging for fast shipping, all of which were met with various runarounds. Seller should update shipping options. Thank you !!

Looks and functions well on my newly upgraded walk-in shower

This 24 inch linear drain is a must, if you do shower remodeling. And it is a double must, if you want the shower to look modern. All the items in the package (leveling feet, siphon, etc) are pretty useful, and I thought the weld quality is pretty high. Not to mention that such combination of drain features is hard to find in a commercial product for the price (could not find the one with side outlet at local hardware stores). I am considering buying a few more since these are becoming popular with the customers in my area.

The media could not be loaded. Was looking for a shower drain like the hotel I stayed in for business. After talking to the contractor, it looked like it was going to require a lot of demolition as all my plumbing was in the wall and I had concrete floors in my condo. Thankfully, this product was available with the horizontal outlet which dramatically cut back on the necessary floor removal. Happy with the product so far, looks as advertised, nice welding.

Looking to renovate my master bathroom and convert the tub into a standup shower with tiles. Was searching for a linear shower drain that was a bit more modern and sleeker and this looked to be a great fit.Came in well packaged and with clear instructions. The product looks well built and of sturdy construction. The center cover plate fits in snugly, but not too tight for when you want to pull it out (comes with a tool to pull it out with). It also came with the green moisture barrier fabric already cut to size which was nice. I took pictures of the unboxing so y'all can see how it came.

I was redoing a floor behind a very busy restaurant bar in philadelphia. Didn’t have much space below the floor doe to the original brick flooring, building was built in 1832. These drains are super high quality and look fantastic.

Completely defective. Welds were not water tight.

I normally don't write reviews but this linear drain totally exceeded my expectations. I was upgrading a shower in my condo and since all the plumbing is along the wall it was important to me that the drain has a horizontal outlet. This was the only model on Amazon that had that. The instructions were also very helpful and detailed.
