The Shinwa H101-E is a 600 mm rigid metric ruler crafted from hardened stainless steel with a zero-glare satin chrome finish. Featuring precision photo-etched 0.5 mm and mm graduations filled in black for high contrast, it offers dual-sided functionality with metric scales and conversion tables. Engineered to Japanese Industrial Standard B 7516 Grade 1, this ruler delivers unmatched accuracy, durability, and readability for professional machinists and engineers.

## Description

This precision 600 mm metric rigid ruler is made by Shinwa Measuring Corporation, a premier tool manufacturer. Rule is made from spring tempered and hardened stainless steel and is 1.180” wide by .052” thick. It has a “zero-glare” satin chrome finish on the face that can be easily read in both low and bright light conditions. One face has metric graduations in both .5mm and mm and the reverse side has metric conversion tables and tap drill sizes. Graduations are precision photo etched and then black filled for easy readability. 100 mm divisions are marked in red. The sides of each rule are precision ground parallel to each other. One end is accurately ground square to allow accurate reading, while the other end is rounded with a hole for hanging.

The markings are clear and the red is a nice touch! This is well worth the purchase, I still have mine but we do standard so I don’t use these that much. But when I did. It was like the knipex of rulers! Very nice material and isn’t rusted for how not often I’m not using them. But when I do they will be clutch! By far the easiest ruler to read for me
